No — the import runs in AJAX batches of 100 orders at a time. It chains batches automatically with no page reload, so there's no risk of timeout regardless of store size.
Yes — cost can be set per variation. The Stock Report shows each variation on its own line. Sales data is tracked at variation level too.
Always on prices excl. tax. The plugin uses WooCommerce's tax functions to strip tax before calculating margins, regardless of whether your shop is set up with prices incl. or excl. tax. You can also optionally include shipping and fees as costs in the report settings.
Zero impact. Synklio Cost of Goods operates entirely in WP Admin. No JavaScript is loaded on your storefront.
