When purchasing a subscription

- VAT number (if applicable)
- Payment information (processed and stored by Lemon Squeezy — E-WATTS does not store card data)
When using the Plugin
Synklio runs entirely on your own WordPress installation. The Plugin does not send your store data, product data, order data, or customer data to E-WATTS' servers.
The only data exchange with E-WATTS' servers is:
- License key validation (sends license key + domain, no personal data)
- Plugin update checks (sends Plugin version number)
When contacting support
- Name, email address, and any information voluntarily shared in your message
