Synklio subscriptions are sold by E-WATTS SARL (SIRET 882 810 922 000 22), 29 rue de la Maladrie, Porte 3 — 44120 Vertou, France. These Terms of Sale apply exclusively to the purchase of Synklio software subscriptions and are entirely separate from E-WATTS' e-commerce terms of sale for physical goods.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy is legally responsible for the transaction, VAT collection, and tax compliance on your behalf. Your invoice will be issued by Lemon Squeezy.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, as offered by Lemon Squeezy's payment gateway.
Pricing varies by plugin and plan. Current prices are displayed on each plugin's dedicated page on synklio.com at the time of purchase.
Prices are shown excluding VAT. Applicable VAT will be calculated at checkout based on your location and handled by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with applicable regulations.
E-WATTS reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Changes will be communicated to existing subscribers with at least 30 days' notice and will apply at the next renewal.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). The renewal charge will be applied to the payment method on file.
The User may cancel auto-renewal at any time through their Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rata refund is issued for unused time.
Upon expiry or cancellation of the subscription, the license becomes inactive. Access to the Synklio dashboard and all Pro features is disabled, and the Plugin will no longer receive automatic updates.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the plugin does not meet your expectations for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Refund requests after 14 days may be considered at E-WATTS' discretion for verified technical issues that cannot be resolved within 7 business days, or in case of duplicate charges.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been supplied with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase and downloading or installing the Plugin, you expressly waive your statutory right of withdrawal. Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies in its place.

As Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record, they handle all applicable VAT and tax obligations. Customers in the EU will see VAT applied at their local rate. B2B customers can enter their VAT number at checkout to apply the reverse charge mechanism.
These Terms are governed by French law. Consumer customers benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their country of residence. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Nantes, France.
